Here it is mid-May and summer is just around the corner! We hope all of you mothers had a very special day last weekend. We also hope those of you who celebrated National Scrapbook Day (official day is the first Saturday in May) had a wonderful and productive time. We celebrated here with our 2 day cropping event, May 4th and 5th, and we all had a lot of fun!
We continue to grow and expand here at Scrapbook Expressions. This week we will be opening on Sunday afternoons, noon to 4 p.m. We will also be offering more classes and crops this summer to meet the needs of our customers. To help us in this endeavor, we welcome two more members to our Scrapbook Expression family, Serena Floyd and Angie Dalziell.
Our ever-growing inventory hasn't slowed down. We now have lots of cute school and sports designs from Moxxie, and much more from Flair, SEI, Doodlebug, American Traditional Designs, Karen Foster, and K & Company. This week we have a great new travel line coming in from Bo Bunny, along with more alternative album kits, binders & books. We also have a huge order from EK Success arriving and new product from Crate Paper. The look of our store seems to change weekly.

Our classes are from 10 a.m. to noon, and the fee is $10., which includes all the materials needed to complete a two page lay-out. All you need to bring are your photos. These classes are designed for first time scrapbookers and are very basic. If you have been overwhelmed by all the embellishments you see in a scrapbook store, this class is for you. We will show you simple and quick techniques to get your photos into albums.
Advanced Scrapbooking and Paper Crafts
Advanced page lay-outs, card-making, & other paper craft classes to be offered this summer. Details in upcoming emails.
Crops
Friday, June 22nd
Our crops are from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. The $10 fee includes refreshment, the use of our tools and die-cuts, along with scrapbook tips and ideas. Come share in the fun of scrapbooking with others. Beginners welcome! Seating is filled on a first-response basis.
Reservations and prepayment required for all classes & crops. Fees are nonrefundable. Receive a 10% discount on all purchases made when you attend these events.
