What a wonderful Croptoberfest weekend we had at Scrapbook Expressions! We had twelve ladies scrapbooking Saturday evening and all day Sunday. Our croppers tried several new tools and embellishments, while completing their pages, and enjoyed learning new techniques and expanding their scrapbooking style. We had food and prizes throughout the event to add to the fun, and Angie helped them make a darling Halloween "Boo" book to take home along with their "goodie" bags. Thank you, ladies, for making this weekend such a success!
As we move into October, the holidays are quickly approaching. We are already having to restock our Halloween, Thanksgiving and fall related stickers, paper, and embellishments as we have sold out of most of what came in last month. And, while we carry Christmas product year round, this time of year offers the most variety and choice for your selection. New paper & embellishments for the season have started arriving with much more on its way, including Christmas albums.
For anyone interested in making gift albums at a great price, we have a variety of "bare naked" binders, books, CD tins, chipboard albums, and scrapbook kits from Bo Bunny, Basic Grey, SEI, Bazzill, American Traditional Designs, and Carolee's Creations now in stock. Also, we have a variety of new tools to help you complete your projects, including chipboard files, magnetic snaps, buckles, and magnetic mats from Basic Grey, and the flex rulers from Bo Bunny.
Our sale table continues to grow as we clear our racks for the new inventory, and we continue to feature a special sale item each week through the months of autumn. If you are receiving this newsletter, you should also be receiving our weekly announcements of the special sale item. This week it is all My Mind's Eye product, which includes the Magnolia, Signature, and Tres Jolie lines, at 30% off. We have also carried their Wild Asparagus and Kaleidoscope lines in the past. We are eager to get this company's new releases and need to clear our "window front" racks to make room. Come help us out and get some beautiful paper at a great price in return!

These classes are designed not only to create beautiful pages for your scrapbooks, but to introduce new tools and techniques to those of you wanting to expand your own scrapbooking style. Beginning Scrapbook

Our beginning classes are from 10 a.m. to noon, and the fee is $10., which includes all the materials needed to complete a two page lay-out. All you need to bring are your photos. These classes are designed for first time scrapbookers and are very basic. If you have been overwhelmed by all the embellishments you see in a scrapbook store, this class is for you. We will show you simple and quick techniques to get your photos into albums.

These page lay-out classes are from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and the fee is $20., which includes all the materials needed to complete a two page lay-out along with use of a variety of tools and techniques. Bring your own trimmer and adhesive (they can be purchased at the store, if needed).

Our crops are from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. The $10 fee includes the use of our tools and die-cuts, along with scrapbook tips and ideas. Come share in the fun of scrapbooking with others. Beginners welcome!

Scrapbook Expressions invites you to our first annual Holiday Open House! We will offer refreshments, free holiday "make 'n takes" (while supplies last), holiday gift ideas, new holiday product previews, and special gifts with purchase! Come join us for this special customer appreciation event!
To guarantee your space for all of our classes and crops we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible as these events are becoming very popular and filling up quickly. Prepayment is required at the time of sign-up. Due to the product needed and preparation for the page lay-out classes, we do require registration no later than the Monday before the class. If you should have to cancel for any reason, you will still receive your class materials and instructions. All fees are nonrefundable, however, crop and beginning class fees are transferable to another event if 24 hour cancellation notice is given. Receive 10% off all store product, magazines excluded, during any store sponsored event.
