We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and now here we are in the midst of the busy Christmas season! The two holidays seem to get closer and closer every year! Hope you are managing to find some time amidst the decorating, shopping, wrapping, planning, parties, cooking, baking, and, of course, card-making, gift making, and scrapbooking (ha!) to appreciate what this season is all about. Enjoy your friends and families, and feel that extra love that abounds this time of year!
We want to thank all of you who stopped by for our Holiday Open House on December 5th. We had a wonderful turn out and appreciated all of your support and warm wishes. It did our hearts good to see so many friendly and familiar faces! Several of you enjoyed making cards, gift bags, and candy holders. We hope you got some good ideas for simple things you can make for gifts this year. Also, congratulations to the many raffle prize winners!
The holiday sale that began at our Open House event continues through the end of the year, so if you haven't had a chance to visit us lately, plan to come by and take advantage of the great savings on selected items, including some Christmas paper, stickers, and embellishments.
With the slow down in the economy we will be adjusting our store hours starting in January. Our new hours will be: Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will be closed Sundays and Mondays.
We will also be closed Wednesday, Dec. 24th – Friday, Dec. 26th, and Wednesday, Dec. 31st – Friday, Jan. 2nd to celebrate the holidays with our families.
